Delete Your Account

Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, listings, and personal data from OurLocalHelp. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, phone, email)
• Posts, listings, and responses you created
• Saved items, follows, and notification history

Some records may be retained briefly where required for legal or safety reasons (e.g., an open abuse report involving your account), then deleted.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest, verified instantly)

Open OurLocalHelp → Profile → Delete My Account. Because you're already signed in, this deletes your account immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion here (no app access)

If you can't open the app, submit the form below. Since this page isn't signed in, we manually verify the phone number before deleting — expect this to take a few business days.
