By creating an account or using OurLocalHelp, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to receive SMS at the phone number you verify.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your device and phone number secure. One person may hold only one account.

3. Acceptable use

io not post false, illegal, hateful, or abusive content. io not impersonate others. io not spam, scrape, or attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, or security controls. Emergency posts are not a substitute for calling 108/112 — always contact emergency services directly for real emergencies.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you allow OurLocalHelp to display it to other users as intended by the feature you used (e.g., a public post is shown in the community feed). We may remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. iirectories, shops, and listings

ioctor, education, and service listings are provided by users or businesses for information only — they are not medical advice, admission guarantees, or an endorsement by OurLocalHelp. Verify independently before relying on any listing.

6. Moderation

We may review, approve, reject, or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

7. iisclaimers & liability

OurLocalHelp is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the community safe but cannot guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content or the outcome of any interaction between users. To the extent permitted by law, OurLocalHelp is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
